Hollow Lantern

Hollow Lantern is a slow, atmospheric adventure you play by tapping to move and examine. You wake alone in a lighthouse and piece together what happened through notes, objects, and a handful of gentle puzzles.

The mood is the star here. The lighting shifts as you climb, the sound design does a lot of heavy lifting with wind and creaking wood, and the story unfolds without ever spelling things out. I played it in one long evening and thought about it afterwards.

Puzzles are logical rather than obtuse, so you rarely get stuck for the wrong reasons. If you like quiet games with a strong sense of place, this one deserves a look.
